RELATING TO: Mine rescue training applicants
CODE REFERENCE: § 22A-1-35 (amend)
This bill amends and reenacts § 22A-1-35 of the Code by
removing the requirement, found in subsection (h), that an
applicant for initial mine rescue training be under fifty years
old.
DATE OF PASSAGE: March 14, 1998
EFFECTIVE DATE: 90 days from passage
